At Beautiful Earth US, we want you to love your sustainable fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unworn items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
